Properties

1. To give excellent smoothness and resilience to cotton, cotton/nylon, cotton/poly and modal fibers, etc.
2. Especially used for hand feel finishing for cotton/spandex knitted fabrics.
3. Good stability and resistance to alkali, salt, hard water and shear.

Fields of Application

This product is 100% solid content, cannot be used directly, it can only be used after being emulsified:

LT-830(20% emulsion)

• Padding:

Dosage: 5~30g/L

Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

• Dipping:

Dosage: 2.0~5.0%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10~15

LT-830 gives fabric excellent soft, smooth, oily handfeel. With good salt, hard water and shear resistance, the influence on whiteness and color fastness is very small. It can be used alone, or used with other softeners. It’s suitable for the dip processing of cellulose, fiber fabrics and blended fabrics.
